Brazilian Plastic Surgeon Gives Details of Moammar Gadhafi?s Cosmetic Surgery

Brazilian plastic surgeon Dr. Liacyr Ribeiro is now describing the cosmetic surgery he performed on Moammar Gadhafi in 1995. Dr. Ribeiro says that Gadhafi wanted to hide the fact that he was having the procedure, so he opted for a less radical procedure than a full facelift.
