Drunk Driving Offenses
Drunk Driving is the term used mostly in United States to describe issues related to driving under the control of alcohol or some other sedative. It is illegal all over US and various terms are used from states to states with a little difference. These terms are DUI, DWI, OVI, OUI, DUII etc and all are considered as criminal offense and have various penalties depending upon the charge they committed.
