Cardioselective Beta Blockers

The following betablockers are considered to largely cardioselective with effect largely on beta 1 receptors (vasodilation and slowing heart rate) and only minimal effect if any on beta 2 receptors (causing pulmonary constriction)

Atenolol
Metoprolol
Esmolol
Bisoprolol
Betaxolol
Acebutolol

The commonly used acronym is AMEBBA
